Ok found the grub screws under the action, one released the spring and ball so re assembled. Removed the valve and applied some 1000 grit sand paper to the Teflon section while spinning in the drill. Leak seems to be gone now.

This is what’s remaining, can’t really see any grub screw holding it in. I can move it in and out about 0.030”

I’ll have a look for a grub screw tonight. I’ve removed the wheel and the section the wheel screw on, just up to the Center section left. Then back to resolving the leak
