11 of 11 is the record. My best has been 6 dups.

American Air Arms 30 cal EVOL cocking leaver

A tiny drop of blue locktite on the thread is appropriate. I'd like more info on how the gun fired. Obviously it was cocked but there is no correlation between the bolt and the trigger/sear group. Any info you can provide about the sequence of events would be helpful. Tom

Yes, the springs are blue from the manufacturer as a form of identification. We buff the paint off the end where it rides in the RVA to eliminate any possible friction. I have not seen any flaking to date but I'm sure its possible. If the paint is coming off, I suggest going ahead and...

Anybody shooting JSB Diabolo Exact Jumbo Beast .22 Cal, 33.96 gr ?

I've never had any luck with that particular pellet. I seems they are decent to 50 but any more and they fall apart badly. Tom

If you have mag index problems please pm me with the caliber and pellet type that you are having issues with and I will see if there is a correlation to a certain pellet. Thanks!

O-rings on the left side are are standard Dash Numbers so you can use the middle set of numbers and material to identify. O-rings on the right side are metric. There are no real standards in metric o-rings other than they are called out by their cross section, inner diameter and material.

Evol mini and some scientific shooting done today.

These are the origins of the AAA Mini. Been a nice trip down memory lane :) https://www.instagram.com/p/Be_v7idFHfi/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

    POI shift

Cleaning is a subject that seems to stress people out; especially cleaning from the muzzle. Yes, the crown is important, maybe the most important to barrel performance but it's not made of glass. Reasonable care is required but that's it. The barrel steel used is 4140 alloy that is heat...

    AAA Evol .22 standard questions.

Any designed for the AR15. the LAW is the most common. Also keep in mind some of these adapters are designed to contain the AR buffer with extra components; none of this is necessary for the EVOL.

Rod with brass brush, use a crown guide or remove the barrel and clean from the breech, bore snake with embedded brass bristles. Patches and felt are not effective. Lead remover designed for lead pistol rounds is the only solvent worth using (Shooter's Choice) .

This is most likely. Shooting lots of slugs will require more maintenance than pellets. So much more surface area in contact with the barrel bore and lands. When you see your slug accuracy start to drop it is best to stop and clean. Lead loves lead and leading will get exponentially bad very...

Has the .30 Cal the best possible we could expect from a .25 Cal?

With the new 56 gn 30 cal pellets coming to market soon the 30 will become king without question. Better ballistics; better energy; better lethality; and more efficient use of air fpe/cc.

Tuning Evol .30 Loose Shoulder Bolt Question

There must still be oil on threaded portion of the bolt or where it threads into the receive. The blue should be more than enough to hold. Try cleaning again and letting the locktite set up longer. we use #243 medium strength oil tolerant. Tom

    EVOL 30 (Something Lite) 🤷🏽Update

EVOL 30 has a 1:26 twist rate. I has been proven to stabilize slugs to 65 gns. Factory power levels and chambering are designed for pellets and pellet weight slugs. Although the lighter NSAs will shoot reasonable well they are so short I suspect they are subject loading alignment issues...
