My hipacd 2240. Easily the back hammer spring can be adjusted between 20fpe(max) or down to 12fpe. If i adjust the hammer striker also i can drop it down to 6fpe like OEM sorta. I love my legos.

Short answer, yes. Do it. Get/drill a matching TP for "better" results, but thats not nessicarly needed.

Co2 is the main difference. In cold environments it has a lower pressure, less power and shot count and gets worse the colder it is. 430 fps isnt alot to begin with as far as speed/power, barely enough for a squirrel up to maybe 5y away.

Not really nessicary. The prods favorite pellet are metalmags and have not had any issue with takedown. I just figured id try the slugs "on field" to see its end result... well the results were a firm negative. Il stick with the metal mags to feed my prods appetite. Edit...

Expensive pellets but they do not disapoint. Every single gun i have shoots both the .177 and .22s in one ragged hole if i do my part. Had to clean racoon brains off our back wall a few weeks ago, it was an explosive exit Good shootin.
