It's not an issue, it allows you to clock your POI to its highest vertical point(12 o'clock).

You can use tape before and after the o-rings to keep them in place.

Mine is Delrin, and I believe the stock one is also. I have a smaller shaft going into the poppet instead of the brass insert that the stock one has. It looks like the lack of material is the weak point.

I did test a few Hades in it. Not sure why it broke, poor design I guess. I made the black one, it's held up so far. Mtnghost, the shaft is a metric ejector pin for injection molds.

No, it was testing 23 gr NSA slugs.

The new Smooth Twist X pellet and slug barrels have full length rifling, the original Smooth Twist only have a rifled insert at the very end. Unless you cut it off, your Armada is choked and needs to have the slugs sized to the choke.

As far as pellets go, it doesn't seem to matter. I prefer a longer leade and have seen the same laser accuracy with a .1" or a 1." leade on LW barrels. Look at the early Smooth Twist barrels, they only had rifling at the last couple inches of the barrel and are very accurate. I also have single...

Agreed. I've got my .22 shooting .18 gr's at 915 on 2 and 940 on MAX. I think it was in the mid 800's on MIN, but it's been a while since I've tested it on that setting.
