It held pressure overnight. Any ideas why it would leak initially, and then with no changes other than taking the bottle off and putting it back on, now it doesn't leak? I think I once heard someone at the shop saying they do that some times, but I don't know the cause or the fix.




Well, the pinch groove desperately needed deburred, I actually found the little sliver from the new o ring. I dressed up the edge, put a new o ring on the valve tube, put it back together and when I screwed the bottle on it still leaked from the trigger well area, so I pulled the bottle back...

son of a gun, the second valve tube o ring is cut again, same one I just replaced, and I was super careful with it. guess I'll have to break out the riffle files and dress those edges. Not sure if this is actually the problem but its where I'm gonna start. Thanks Txboy!
