As guys before said: FWB300 - big, heavy but really easy to cock and mosta accurate from all mentioned here IZH 60/61 - weird looking but light, easy cock and 5 shot magazine (you get 2 of them with your gun) what make it most popular gun on all of my family parties :) CZ (Slavia) 634 is not so...
Ok... so question is: 1. What is your oldest airgun that you have? 2. What was your oldest gun? or 3. What was your first airgun that you had? In my case that are three different airguns :) 1. FWB 300S (year 1973) but it was not my first and it was not mine from begining 2. Webley pistol -...
AWShat you are experiencing is something what call diesling (from diesel car endgines where oil explosion is ignited not from a spark but from high pressure). It happens when there is some oil in pressure chamber. It should not happen to often or even never. So if that happened ones or twice -...
Yup! something like that. That kind of mode was "invented" a long time ago as a prevention of grease speeling from spring into pressure chamber when you have piston with opening like that (f.eg. Slavia, Crosman and many others) : Some airguns already have something like that already in -...
As SvilenP said. Invest in good quality scope (less extra features - better) and invest in good quality scope mount like f.example DM60 Dampa or something similar. And try to disasembly your rifle and check for what you can do to try to fix that recoil - there have to be some modes to fix that...
If you have removable pellet tray you can use magazine for CP1-M (the same magazine is used in PR900W, CR600W, Diana Stormrider, SMK Pr900w, Spa pr900w, spa predator, etc. - different names for the same construction).
7,5-8 fpe that is maximum what that construction can do without loosing its quality and precision, and trying to squeeze anything more is plainly wrong. And that is more than enough for shooting paper at 25-35 meters and probably to much for shooting 10meters for what that rifle was designed...
That's the only way to go. Great airgun - but really borring - everytime you shoot you hit the target ;) And with little bit of tinkering you can reach 12Joules (8,8 ft-lb) if you like and need more jouce.
I've made similar test a few weeks ago with one cheaper springer witch is Crosman Copperhead. So that is my conclusion: s it ok? Probably not so much - that is what we hear from pros and semi pros that shoot springers for 20-30 years. But my porivate observations are some what different. Im a...
Saltlake58 you've mentioned a good point - i'm not sure if that was on purpose or accidentally - that he introduces us to new stuff. So maby that is it - maby we have to split it not into two categories as I always do (category one - salesman/producer introduction videos and honnest reviews) but...
Hmm... I'm seing a lot of discutions about honnest test, revious of airguns in last several weeks. On USA, UK and polish forums and airgun Fb groups. And most of the opinions are like: -everyone is payed - they have to talk good about that stuff because they have it for free from producers and...
Ok. I can recomend a chronograph from Poland. LMBR company is owned by Radecek - guy that was/is an airgun shooter and made his first chrony as experiment, and now he have 4 versions of his chrony R2 and nevest versions works not only with airguns but with everything from bows and crosbows...
That's truth but in my opinion we should use all new media, all social media as a toll for promoting ourselves and our knowledge but always have a backup plan and diversified ways of doing stuff - why? Because either it is YT, Fb, photobucket or any other - we are only guests in someone else...
