Used a little Vibra-Tite yesterday. Once back together the product seems to be working and the adjustments take a little effort to adjust. I think I may have caused the problem by thoroughly cleaning and lightly lubing the threads on the adjusters. That made them work too easy I'm guessing...

Thanks for the help guys! I'm going to go with the Vibra-Tite for now and see how that works. I want the ability to make minor changes without a lot of hoopla if needed.

Thanks! That looks like a great fix if I was using that type of external adjuster. I should have mentioned that I'm just using the factory internal adjustment screws. Part #34 & #41 in the parts diagram. I'm thinking that maybe a wrap of teflon tape might be the cure. Unless it falls off and...

For you 1720T owners out there, Have you ever had either or both of your H.S. adjusting screws back out of adjustment on their own ? Several times now I've adjusted the 1/8" & 3/16" head H.S. adjustment screws where I want them and then after "some" shooting, anywhere from 20-40 shots most...

Duhhh...I should have checked that. You're correct, the 1 tin of old ones I have left are marked 4.52 as yours are. (y) If you figure out why the new ones aren't doing as well I'm sure we'd be interested. Thank You.

I haven't shot any of the "new" ones yet so I can't comment about how well they work. One thing I just noticed in the picture is the new tin shows "4.52mm" and the old tins just have "4.5 mm" on them. It has seemed to me that the AA 10.3 gr pellets always fit slightly more loose than the JSB...
