Did you install the gas checks or just size the bullets??? Wonder if there is value or detriment in gas check use...they are available in brass AND alum. They might come off when inserting which would be a nyet-nyet. I'm looking at a few different brand 30 cal rifles and the heavier bullets...

I've had mine a couple of months now...filled several bottles, 13 ci and .38 ml to 2900 psi...works great - no trouble...noise level is individual...relatively quite for some, loud for others, hard to make that determination...it's in my computer room and it doesn't bother me while it's filling...
