    Tuning Umarex Notos has arrived.

Here is the data using a 1.0mm x 9.0mm OD x 50mm length spring with 10mm worth of spacers and adjustment screw half a turn counterclockwise from bottomed out. Started at 3600 psi and stopped 65 pellets later after it dropped off the reg, climbed, then matched starting velocity. Trigger...

    Tuning Umarex Notos has arrived.

Those 17.6g Normas are pretty decent. For whatever reason my particular Notos doesn’t like the 15.9g…at all lol. I opted for the pre-cut lengths because I prefer coil ends to be squared or squared-ground for consistency and reduced chance of buckling (messed with a lot of springs in my rc car...

    Tuning Umarex Notos has arrived.

I hope this helps anyone looking for some spring information. I revisited the hammer spring that I replaced originally from a softer 1.0mm wire diameter to a stiffer 1.2mm x 9mm OD x 50mm spring along with a Tamiya 5x9mm bushing as a spacer and turned the adjuster 3 turns in from flush. If I...

    Tuning Umarex Notos has arrived.

I’m a little late to the party and want to thank you all for sharing information about the Notos. This thing is a nice little package. I never got the included magazine to load smoothly, even after cleaning, smoothing edges, dremel work, and even swapping the clear part from a Diana magazine...

What pistol did you shoot today

Here is the Beeman P17. A gun this inexpensive has no business being this good. 5 shot groups at 10m. The 2moa red dot covers the black bullseye at that distance. The pellet stack on groups 2 and 4 don’t have all five pellets because some fell off after impact. Not enough fps to really bury...

What pistol did you shoot today

More info on how I added the suppressor. The gun is finger snap quiet. I intended to apply what I learned on a P17 but never got around to it. I made an adapter by cutting 10mm OD x 8mm ID carbon fiber tube to an appropriate length to slip fit inside the 10mm hole the muzzle sits in. A...

What pistol did you shoot today

Played around with the SSPs today. Here’s the Xisico XSP120D test mule. I was experimenting with how a suppressor could be mounted on one of these SSPs. 5 shot group at 10m with RWS Diabolo basic. Not good, not bad lol

What pistol did you shoot today

Thanks! I had it sitting on a Caldwell front rest with a bag under the grip frame. Wobbles came from the folding TV tray table I was using as a bench…oops. I might play with one of the ssp’s today.

What pistol did you shoot today

The LW barrel and 2220-103 trigger makes this thing a joy. 5 shot groups at 10m with RWS basics resulted in 3 fliers on a 120 shot sheet. The barrel liking basics is noice.

What pistol did you shoot today

The 2240 that identifies as a 2300S, topped off with a dirt cheap $10 3-9X32AO scope from Amazon.

What pistol did you shoot today

5 shot group at 10 meters from my 2300S with a 2220-103 trigger group. It started life out as a budget 2240 from Amazon and upgrades quickly escalated from there. lol

What pistol did you shoot today

While waiting for parts from the Crosman mothership to arrive so that I can convert an Amazon Prime 2240 into a 2300GhettoS, I decided to have a little fun with shaky juice can tabs.
