@Jimcking Maybe this can help, assuming the action is similar to K1 in this regard: GK - adjusting the trigger on K1

Thanks for sharing. This has inspired me to experiment with a few designs, internal patterns etc.

Interesting internal structure. At first glance I thought that the orange part was impossible to remove supports for baffles during printing and not the pressure absorbing cells themselves. I played with similar design in the past except that I constructed the shell out of a PVC pipe and used...

Well done. This is probably the next best alternative to purchasing an adapter in alu. A hybrid

If you are referring to the brand of PCTG then it's Fiberlogy I'm using most.

@TeslaToTheMoon Sounds good. I'm glad that you found it useful :) I've had similar ideas regarding non symmetrical silencers or even other options. I've had great success with this in the past on shrouded PCP's. Back in the day, CNC was the only option. 3D printing makes prototyping much...

@TeslaToTheMoon It's cool to finally see someone testing this adapter and confirming that it (kinda) works. I haven't received my pistol yet so I have personally not been able to test it and the design was based on measurements supplied by others. I can enlarge the allen key hole if you wish...

That is super efficient use of air for a pistol. Huben must have tweaked the action quite a bit in order for it to index at those low vehicles.

@OldSpook 3D printed moderators work nicely and perhaps the greatest benefit is that they are feather light so the balance of the gun remains virtually unchanged. Many forget about that when they buy a huge and heavy can. That makes me wonder how heavy Huben's moderator is.. It does look slick.

Just to clarify. My goal with this adapter was to give a temporary solution until the original adapter is delivered to you free of charge from Huben. I make parts out of aluminum too, for applications that require that. In summary, If you believe that a milled adapter is going to serve you...

@steve-l Good and valid points, in general. I'll just add two things. Alignment would be an issue on a longer part. This one is practically self aligning due to the fact that it's almost completely enclosed by the shroud. That is of course if your 3D printer is working correctly and does what...

Thanks. Looks like these could definitely work. One option would be to heat them up and melt into place. Anyway, I've included the .stl for the adapter for anyone that would like to try it. I'm thiking that PCTG would be a good material for this unless it's printed at an angle. Use at your own...

A search for "eztap" didn't give me any relevant results. Do you happen to have a link to the product?

@Legionair I agree about the metal insert. Unfortunately I don't have any good sources for these in US or Europe, only in China. That being said, Printed threads work just fine if you are careful. I use a 3D printed silencer all the time. I screw on and remove it after every session. If you keep...

Does any of you fine gentlemen with the GK1 in hand own a 3D printer? I haven't received my pistol yet but it wouldn't take much effort to design the adapter that can be 3D printed by you. Meant as a temporary solution till Huben ships out the real deal of course. If so send me a PM. I can...
