There is a set of wood lefty grips for these pistols on eBay right now. https://www.ebay.com/itm/116016157101?itmmeta=01HXC9ZZQDZCN2AS4PG88AP9GQ&hash=item1b031a11ad:g:f1wAAOSwKAllg13B

Interesting that you're seeing that high for velocity on both pistols. Both about 10 fps extreme spread too. That's about what a 10m rifle would do. I have a few 10m pistols, I should see what I'm getting on mine. Hmmmmmmm.....

There is a guy that posts on another target pistol site that makes 3D printed grips for almost everything. His name is Andrew Berryhill, and I've yet to see anything other than positive about him. Here's his site: https://precisiontargetpistolgrips.com

Took another look and you're right. I mistook the smooth area for the trigger finger as a thumb shelf. Still a gorgeous piece of kit!

Interesting that it appears to be a right handed grip on the pistol, but the glasses are for someone left eye dominant. That's a much easier compensation with a pistol than with a rifle.

    New 10-Meter Air Pistol Target

For just about every target shooting discipline, at least the ones that I've been active in, the rule for scoring says that your shot has to be "tangent to" the scoring ring. That means touching. It does not have to break the scoring ring, nor does it even have to visibly penetrate into the...

    Yes, exactly.

    10 meter off hand challenge

I have a 10M set-up in my basement and shoot there somewhat regularly. I bought the Kruger pistol targets and the 17x17cm pellet trap for them, they cut such nice clean holes even with lower velocities. Even bought the small 5-bull rifle targets and I use them in that same trap, but the rifle...

    IZH-46M (what pellets?)

I have the earlier Non-"M" version, IZH-46. I have tried both heavy and light Meisterkugelns, and the lighter 7.0 ones worked better for me than the 8.2 ones. That said, it's splitting hairs and could just be good day/bad day bias. I'm shooting the Diabolo Basic 7.0 because they're less...

Back yard shooters, range shooters or back woods shooters?

I was in an apartment where I could get a legit 10 meters, so I did a lot of shooting there at that distance. I have a few decent pistols, and a couple rifles that I used for that. The pistols were fun because it's a direct comparison for what they do in the olympics.. But now, having just...

    Benchrest Technique

A lot of what you mention for "dot inside the ring" is what Bullseye Pistol shooters deal with, and even for shooting the standing stage of a Highpower match. Your description of the "number 8ths" is similar to what David Tubb described a kind of an infinity symbol (horizontal number 8) that...

    Benchrest Technique

On my Avenger, I have adjusted my regulator down to about 1600psi, which is roughly where the yellow and green bands on the gauge come together. I did this for shot count per fill. My hammer spring is all the way out with about a quarter turn back in. I typically shoot one or two fills worth...
