What's a good standard deviation to shoot for? Over how many shots? Does shooting too fast affect the results?

I have a fx impact (factory power plenum) in 25 cal shooting jsb mk2 33.95 king heavys. I have a 600 mm barrel. What reg setting and hammer adjuster distance should i shoot for? Ive been at it for a week and i can't get good consistent fps spread. Help!

Question. I've been having this problem with my mk2 impact (factroy power plenum) in 25 cal slowly dropping fps over a shot string. Usually drops up to 20 fps over a few mags. The first few shots of my current string are around 977 then goes down to 967 after 40 shots and over a few more mags it...

I had a slug liner in yes, now i have my pellet liner in

I couldn't get my nsa 33.5 slugs to shoot good at any speed. So i went back to the good old pellets

I have a fx impact mk2 with the factory power plenum in 25 cal with the 600mm barrel and slug liner. I plan on shooting 33.5 grain Nelson slugs. Whats a good speed to shoot for? Id like to be efficient as possible but i do hunt with this rifle (groundhogs being the biggest). Thanks!
