Rodeo I dont have a test plug, but I can dissamble the pump anyways to see if something its blocking the vent hole. Cause it seems like a problem like that. On your second post, yeah I leave the bleed copper thing open even while removing the plug.

Yeah I bleed the air of the pump turning a small copper thing on the base of the pump, an indeed some air goes of but not all. Some air get stuck on where the plug goes.
