I got the Stikman off of ebay. But if I were to get one of the blue bottles, I wouldn't have got that particular fill device as the valves on the blue bottles are pretty easy opening-meaning, a "slow flow" valve is not necessary. https://airtanksplus.com/product/cascademan/

Thanks for adressing this matter and user. It is unfortunate that a person of his dubious character was able to post in the classifieds. At least this way he won't be able to dupe anyone else on the board. Shame on me for paying with family and friends too.
