On closer examination I believe the o-ring is on the inside of the barrel. And I see it and it looks good. Maybe I didn't insert the barrel far enough in order to seal properly? If I did that incorrectly, how far should it be inserted.

Very nice adjustable trigger and power setting all the way down to 500fps to around 1100fps. About 35-40 shots with 14 gr pellets in .22

I do believe China. I looked at one today and I was impressed. They only come in .177 or .22. As other online reviewers stated the stock is very rigid and no cheaply made at all. Nice smooth side cocking action. I just can not knock it for $300 with the camo and $280 for plain black.
