N/A Cheapest accurate, reliable, cocking, .22 pistol with red dot or other optic?

Beer can which is of heavier duty aluminum than a typical soda can. Penetrated through it like nothing from 10 meters

I don’t know where you got the idea of the P17 not putting holes in a soda can? Mine chrono’s at just under 500FPS. It will destroy a soda can. It will easily kill a rat.

The only one I can think of is a Beeman P17, but it’s .177 although it should easily kill a rat. I have one with a red dot mounted on it and it’s incredibly accurate at 10 meters. They are around $70. A single stroke pneumatic.

I have a HW75. I use it for my club’s 10M league. Very accurate and very quiet. I practice in the basement of my house. The ambi target stocks are very nice. I shoot mine with the iron sights as an optic isn’t allowed in my league.

You will like it. Mine like all of them that I’ve seen are tack drivers. I shoot mine out to 20 yards with very impressive results.

Gamo Is this an el gamo model 68?

The Model# should be stamped on the left side of the barrel near the chamber.

My 853C from 2011, I believe the 853’s were discontinued by Daisy in 2012.

What were your first experiences handling a gun?

I recently found out that my high school had a 25 yard range in the basement that was used by the Air Cadets. Never knew it was there. Anyhow, I worked part time at a sporting goods store in the late 60’s and bought my first pellet rifle from there. I still have and use it periodically. It’s an...

Diana Diana 34 mystery (to me) screw

Hello folks, I’m new to air rifles, or any rifles really. I have a used Diana 34 and I have no idea what this screw does on the scope rail or what it’s for. Can anyone help.

N/A What is your "coolest" springer...?

I’m in awe of some of these beauties. I don’t really own anything quite so exotic. My “coolest” is the first one I ever bought. I bought it new in (I believe) 1971. I worked part time at a sporting goods store at the time. It’s a El Gamo 68. I bring it out a couple of times a year.

N/A Where do you shoot from?

There’s a small creek in front of me but I have a bridge over it a few yards away. It’s very easy to access. I’m no spring chicken either at 66
