You have a larger range of focus at lower magnification, so you don't notice it that much. It gets much smaller at 10x

They are set at a certain magnification, so it will change if you use a different magnification. No big deal as long as you sight picture is clear. Peyton

My HW50 was just as bad as my Diana 48. Shame on both of them, so sad that you have to bend a barrel on a brand new $400-$500 gun, I refuse to use crutches like adjustable mounts.

I second the Marauder, they are fantastic rifles and hard to beat for the money.

If it's truly bent yes, but it does not have to be bent to have significant droop. I always check with a scope set to optical center.

Good ole black moly, very cheap at the automotive store. You probably already have some around the house in a grease gun.

You might want get rid of that silicone oil on those joints, that stuff is made for rubber o'rings and is terrible for metal on metal.
