Thanks all! I figured it out. There was a power cable disconnected inside the compressor (a banana clip type connection that came loose). I plugged it back in (huge pain in the butt I might add), but now it is working great!

I just picked up a new GX CS3 compressor and it doesn't seem to pump air. I plugged it in, turned the fans on, set the pressure, then hit start. It lit up green like it thought it was going to do something, then never started pumping air. I made sure everything was tight, emptied the bleeder...
