    Why no Electronic regulators?

I worked with electronic regulators during my time with Uncle Sam at Shore Duty. Electronics of any kind adds another layer of complexity with more likelihood of failure. Mechanical is simpler and far easier to troubleshoot. I am a fan of bringing in electronics under the right circumstances...

FX - time to move on?

I always cringe when I see somebody say nobody makes southpaw trad bows except Hoyt. I have a lefty Montana in the shopping cart direct from Bear- in stock. Back to topic- I don't think anybody can go wrong with any of the Czech PCPs, though I've had a hankering for another EdGun for a while...

    Older / Vintage pcp guns.

Nice seeing another ShinSung here. I bought mine used on the classifieds here and it is on the verge of supplanting my Leshiy Classic as my favorite PCP. Smooth action, plenty of power, and iron sights that are effective out past 50 yards.

What is a rugged PCP rifle on the low end of the price range?

Yup. Not gonna "out-durable" these without spending a lot of coin. I have a ShinSung 9mm built like the Sumatra and between that and my Leshiy Classic, I could use the two for war clubs. TBH, a Sumatra with iron sights would be effective to 50 yards unless you're trying to splatter flies on...

    Tax Return Purchases

This is me. I don't like owing or getting money back. I try to break even as it means Uncle Sam isn't making money on my money.

My Next Gun Should Be a….

Heck, I'd be inclined to just grab a Leshiy Classic. Easiest barrel swaps there are, and tuning is also very easy. You can carry a buddy-bottle and be fine for many many many shots. It also is superlative shooting freehand. I only bagged mine when swapping scopes. Otherwise- and I know...

The little RTI Prophet has arrived to spread the word...

Nice little pop-gun; the RTIs were a close second when I decided a Leshiy (Classic) met my needs perfectly. Looking forward to reading more about your experiences once the winds drop below "Oh crap!"

Best long range PELLET rifle .25

This. If I was looking to really reach out and touch stuff a long way away, I'd focus on something with a large plenum, a good reservoir, a good trigger, and source a non-choked barrel for slugs. Long-range pellet-drift is legit. I shoot a fair bit of longer-range shots now on our property a...

    What is AGN, to you?

A place to read about airguns, communicate with some fellow airgunners, and perhaps obtain some gently use airguns (like a Lelya and a Career Ultra). I'm lucky- my wife enjoys airguns as much as I do- the aforementioned Lelya is hers and she's Annie freakin' Oakley with it.

    Feedback Johnoneshot- solid A+ seller

John sold me his Career Ultra 357 along with some extra odds and ends. He shipped super fast and kept me in the loop. He gave extra attention to packing the PCP in a rifle case, adding some extra pieces of foam to ensure everything was unblemished. He also understated just how nice the gun...

    $335 for a 9mm SPA/Artemis/Snowpeak M25

I dropped from 200 bar fill down to 130 bar in 12 (or was it 13? ) shots. Doesn't seem like much, but we've been using the loading tray. I'm also fine with a lower shot count given the nature of this airgun. This should be like most SPA guns and have plenty of tuning/efficiency potential.

    $335 for a 9mm SPA/Artemis/Snowpeak M25

My wife and I have been enjoying our M25 (also .35) for a couple weeks now. I took out a squirrel at 55 yards and it was about what one expected. I'd say DRT but it was more like knocked the F across the way. A nutria followed suit and that was a DRT. Accuracy with the FX 81gr and Hatsan...

Would you have a 350 mm Leshiy Classic as your one gun?

Short answer to OP's question: Absolutely yes, 100% of the time. I prefer simple and rugged design over complex. Easy caliber-changing. Easy to pack, easy to tune. I can switch to the sub-12 Huma and have long plinking shot-counts or use the high-power Huma with it's related power plenum...

Just following along- impressive bit of work. And now that the path forward is clear, the rest of us reap the benefit :D

Edgun Lelya 2.0, free floated tension barrel system

I just let my wife's shooting with her Lelya 2.0 speak- essentially stating: Superlative is a good enough description. Arguing semantics over what is an excellent mounting system that reduces barrel harmonics and enhances durability is the same as arguing over whether Canadian Bacon is just...
