I have mine scoped with a victoptics, 4-16 44mm scope. So far good scope. I used 11mm dovetail to picatiny riser. Works good.

This morning early, was done before 7:30 am. It was cool cloudy and calm winds. A break from 100+ temps. I decided to start increasing the difficulty with thee FWB 300. So i stretched it out a bit. This is 5 shots on target, limited myself to 1minute to each shot. Painstakingly aiming.

I have a question about my FWB 300. The ones imported into the usa in the 70s & 80s, were they using the so called uk power limit then? I think today anything over 9 foot pounds, is a no go in europe without a license?? What power is usual for these rifles? And is there an after market...

I wonder if it would be advantageous to use a traditional lead aloy head and a lighter yet stronger skirt material, aluminum aloy perhaps. Allowing for thinner and stronger skirts,

took advantage of cool temps and still wind. Before it got hot. Severe heat warnings here i guess.. these groups were done slow and deliberate outside edge of cirlcles are 1 and 1\2".

I tried to pattern groups at different distances with FWB this morning. I made no scope corrections or point of aim. I did okay i guess. Cant wait to get a longer range shooter. I think this is the absolute max for accuracy with the 300

Today I took advantage of calm wind and mild temperature, Fwb300 at 25 yards, 5 shot groups on each target sticker the upper left hand group was cold bore and adjustment of scope. . As for the hanging washers to the right serves 2 purposes, 1. Challenge is not to hit washers its to put rounds...

Well that answers any questions i had about that company, I pay for something it must work to the standards i pit onto it, if it doesn't they get it back if they would have said that to me, i would have lost my sh!!

I tried one of these scopes on a powder burner, no matter what i did I couldnt get that thing to cync with any device, i put it back in the box and sent it back, went with the ATN Thor and never looked back

In my opinion the greatest 10m rifle ever made was the FWB 300 target rifles. The accuracy is stunning and the cost is relatively low in comparison. Just my two cents worth, i agree with an above comment taking into consideration parts available to repair should play a very large part in the...

I use the hopes copper brushes on rods, solid piece rods. From .177 ( brush and rod for 17hmr works good. Just brushes All the way up to powder 338., Balistol is great I also recommend Battle Born products. Served me well all over the world. I never use lubrication inside a barrel unless its...
