I shoot gas pistons in most all my rifles. I’ve rebuilt a few. From what I see of the piston construction I doubt you could have a temporary leak without further problems. If you aren’t loading any FPS you are probably all good…IMHO. Stay well👍🇺🇸😉

This is my set up for this winter during the cold. I put my forehand on the rest in a loose artillery hold. I’m sitting on a five gallon bucket with a foam seat I made. Works really well shooting from my shed at my 32 yard range. 👍🇺🇸😉

Don’t give up . Hold experiments are probably the key. The artillery hold isn’t so much of a hold as a loose cradle,at least for me. I’ve been a break barrel shooter for 30+ years now. I shoot Gamos, Crosmans and Benjamins. They all need individual attention. Stick with it, good luck. 👍🇺🇸😉

I’ve had one for years. Quite a fine piece in my opinion. Once you get your hold down it is very accurate. Little bit heavy but well worth the effort.Hope it works well for you.👍😉

I had one and loved it.. It was fun to see how fast you could cycle and shoot. Mine was a Marksman and I’m sure it was somewhere in the later 60’s as I was still a kid. Was Marksman consumed by Crosman?

I did finally get to Walmart yesterday and was glad to see the pellets there. I picked up CPHP’s in.177 and .22. I did get the last .22 hopefully they’ll restock soon. 👍😉 About $7 for each
