Where does one find a bag to put the Benjamin bottle in?

Preordering seems to be the way to get them these days. You can aways cancel the preorder if they have them in stock somewhere else.

Having a scba or scuba tank would be the way to fill an airgun from a scuba shop. The way i went was to pickup a gx sc3 from Amazon and add a inline filter and fill directly to the gun.
