I asked a similar question a while back and a member replied that they removed the sight leaf and re-installed the original cover & screws; that's what I eventually did and it works great! :) BTW, the above hole cover is about as nice a solution as I've seen 👍

Both Vortek kits I received included a small container of grease; during my installations I cleaned and de-burred the receivers prior to kit installation. The HW50S was a breeze to disassemble/reassemble mainly due to the nifty 'lug' retention design; the HW30S, with a slightly smaller receiver...

I've recently installed two Vortek kits in Weihrauch rifles and I'm pleased with the results. Both installations included new Vortek moly piston seals (at additional cost) and I'm very impressed with the quality and fitment of the kits.

I'm pretty sure that PA gets their Weihrauch's directly from the manufacturer; my HW50S includes 'manual' info imprinted on the receiver indicating the manual source is PA (or their 'parent' company, something like Air Venturi/Ohio). My HW30S, sourced from AoA, lists 'manual' info from Germany.
