    Long Gun Dallas, That looks nice. I have done projects with Watco Oil. It is a type of Danish oil. Comes in several tints and makes a real nice satin finish. Well done man!

    Nice! Everything we need is out there if we just look. A person needs split vision like a Chameleon. One eye looking in the canopy tops for squirrel and one scanning the ground for edible fungus :)

    I doubt aging would do nothing for flavor or toughness. Vac sealing by getting all the air out before freezing is the best to preserve the flavor and prevent freezer burn. I label with date, my conservation number, number of squirrel and age. Old ones like I said a...
