Had a need to control the backyard rabbit population so bought my first air rifle that wasn't a brick & mortar store special: Benjamin Trail NP XL in .22. I couldn't believe how much better it was than the little .177 pellet and bb guns i grew up with as a kid.

oh man... I had no idea those doors started at $1300... I may have to ring up a cabinet building buddy... in fact if I had to guess, hiring out a local cabinet outfit may cost about the same (less if you have more than 1) and probably yield much better results.

I think i saw some bad reviews for the edgun fill valve that spooked me in the past... any issues with yours? I love the idea of having a trigger valve for filling smaller guns. So far my favorite accessories have been a compressor and a bottle... I was hand pumping a Benjamin bulldog before...

+1 for ballistol... smells like pine-sol to me but have been using it on 4 guns for the last year and they've all done well on seals/diaphragms/orings/etc

Just thought I'd post this up in case anyone is looking at these. They are great compressors (especially on value). I bought one to fill a 12L tank and it does so pretty quick, I did it from empty to full in about 3 runs of 45-60 minutes/each. The integrated cooling system got a little warm...

FWIW I gave up ordering pellets from amazon... about 75% of them come damaged during shipping. So far Pyramid air and The Pellet Shop have both done some amazing work packing ammo in foam & cardboard so the ammo shows up in about a good shape as you can get without ordering a pallet.
