Just tried some RWS Superdome pellets out of my Benjamin. 22 cal Steel Eagle Nitro Piston 2. ....they were key holing at 25 yards, and we're all over the place. I then tried some Crosman HP pellets, and they worked much better, with no key holing.

Just shot my Benjamin Steel Eagle .22 cal Nitro Piston 2 for the very first time. For some reason, it was key holing with RWS Superdome pellets. ... tried some Crosman HP pellets, and they worked fine. I will definitely have to tweak the trigger pull adjustment.

Anybody have any ideas why RWS Superdome pellets would keyhole at 25 yards ? I tried some Crosman HP pellets, and they work fine.

Just received my replacement Steel Eagle rifle from Crosman today. Gun looks good, can't wait to try it out. Kudos to Crosman / Benjamin for the quick turn around time, but they need to do a better job on their quality control before they put a product in a box and ship it.
