What would be the main objective for using a slug? FPE? Accuracy? Coolness factor? I'm under the guise that if someone wants to be accurate at 40 yards with any pellet gun, you would probably use a pellet. I would assume that if someone wanted to shoot slugs, they probably have a purpose, long...

My red rider bb gun shoots hole in hole at 40 yards, doesn't mean it's accurate. Most NSA slugs like to go 950-1000FPS through FX products from my experience as well.

Javelins .217 34 grain around 980 was sub MOA at 100 for me.

I wonder if you have the old 20275, they increased the size of the poppet to help with these leaks, I bet I could tell if you have a picture.

I'd pull that shroud and make sure it isn't clipping there is a gap between the liner and the "air stripper" just like the crown and dreamline barrels

I would run a few patches through the liner with some ballistol just as a process of elimination.
