It's been a while since I set my Urban up, but if I recall I ended up with the reg around 135 bar. I am tuned for JSB Hades at 775fps for 28 shots from 3350psi down to 1900psi. I do have a DIY SSG/floating hammer, so am probably getting more shots than would be expected with the stock hammer...

I too have recovered hades that impacted pest birds at around 17 fpe and observed minimal expansion. However, they do seem to do more damage than normal domed pellets.
