Have one on a WC MkIII, functions smooth as butter and certainly makes my bench shooting more enjoyable by not having to reload as often.

I heard they may produce a few with black cases, although I am unsure how they will differentiate the different calibers since they use different case colors for this on their other speedloader products. I have a set of their regular speedloaders so I don't need to buy extra FX mags at fifty...

So what deal was this that seemed too good to be true? Just curious what made you jump on it.

I have one a these. Every once in a while there will be a gap between scope and rail that is just in between what either of the wedge pieces will reach properly to get a securely snug parallel fit, but otherwise they are a real timesaver if you aren't getting ready for RMAC or something...😉

Be sure to check out their returns policy. Not to become a serial returner or anything, but there may occur certain situations where you need to return the gun for whatever legit reason, so I would check this out first. If you need to drive five hours to fill a tank, look into a hand pump...

I would check if all the baffles were present in my shroud (don't recall if there was a spring as well, I no longer have the Akela) and that they are aligned properly.

I have found that the likelihood of clipping is greater with shrouded barrels, and that a good adapter for accepting moderators will have some sort of barrel concentricity-maintaining device. For example the Donny FL adapter for the AV Avenger.
