what is max power for .22 700mm vulcan 3? anyone tested?

i won one 50m benchrest with this vulcan 3. speed is 300~305 for 18 gr. you can see photo in iran_benchrest page in instagram.

5 shot at 57 yard with vulcan 3 700mm. 18 gr ---- edit distance is 50 yard.
