Problem fixed. I had the baffles in backwards. I just dumped them out and did not notice which way they came out. Once in correctly everything went into place perfectly. Thanks so much.

I did remove the barrel and reinstalled it. Did not seem to have slid forward. This did not fix the problem. I also tried to remove the barrel from the shroud but it got stuck at the end cap screws, so I didn't try to force it. Will try again and check to ensure the air stripper is threaded all...
