I did notice a slight improvement of 3 to 4 shots. And I have a chronographed 10 FPS improvement. I think the plenum is used mostly to improve shot variance. At least that is what FX claims.

Tried others but always go back to the 3x9x12 BugBuster. It is a pretty decent scope with all the accessories. You will need to buy a set of picatinny medium height scope rings. The set it comes with will not work. I have seen them on Amazon for 15 bucks give or take. A word of caution...

I use dish soap to cut through the grease. With a fan pointed at them I lay them out to dry . And finally a light coat of silicone spray. As a bonus the silicone spray gives me a chronographed 10-fps increase.
