Spring powered daisy bb gun that looked like a 3030. The bb's would roll out the barrel if you aimed downward. My first airgun, a springer, was a beeman webly vulcan 2 in .177 that I bought in the early 80's. I sold it to a friend for $300 to buy an Orvis 3wt flyrod, which I still own and use.

Already bought the airgun related stuff, PCP (U2) and a scope. Next on the list is a Durstan x-mid pro 2+ and a kakwa 55. Small stuff comes after that for a 5 day 4 night hike.

Is there a moisture concern with going from a warm house to very cold outside and back? In the winter my house is right around 68-70 but often single digits or low teens outside. Spot a red squirrel, head outside to terminate, then back inside a few minutes later.

The shorter barrel won, just placed my order for a 600mm Green laminate in .22. If he can tune it to 950 with a 28g Zan, great, if not I'll take what I can get. Ordered some .217 Zans to go with it. I'll try them with fingers crossed before ordering sample packs.
