    Western Airguns Mordax 22

I got the handguard from member louie4321 ([email protected]) on this forum. Most of the other things I ordered off of Amazon. The forward grip was marketed for a crossbow but it works perfectly. The ODB moderator and stock extender I bought from Airguns of Arizona when I bought the gun.

    Western Airguns Mordax 22

Thanks! I've become very fond of this rifle, I travel for work and it is easy to take with me everywhere. The scope has an adjustable objective to eliminate parallax error. I find it to be a pretty nice sight for close to medium ranges which this gun excells at. It let's me get out to the extent...

    Western Airguns Mordax 22

I'm one of those guys that bolted stuff to his Mordax with the hand guard, forward grip, sling strap, and a lazer/flashlight combo. I had a red dot on it at first which worked great, was light weight and had great sight acquisition. I took that Monstrum LPVO off of another rifle I have so I...

Western Airguns How'd you like the Mordax?

I have found it to be very reliable. Mine is in .30 and I've shot thousands of rounds, pellets and slugs through it. I already had the Sidewinder which is why I already had a handful of the magazines. I travel a lot for work so it lives in a backpack and gets bounced around with my other stuff...

Western Airguns How'd you like the Mordax?

The open sights it comes with work great if you take the stock off and use it as a pistol. They are too low to use with the the shoulder stock though. The stock works great (I do have an extender on it) with both the reflex and LPVO sights I've used on it.

Western Airguns How'd you like the Mordax?

I like mine, it's become my travel gun so it's the one I use most. Plenty of power and light, it fits with gear and a 100 cu-in tank right in a backpack. Semi-auto and full auto action is great, I haven't had any issues with it. It is my newest gun but it handles being tossed around with my gear...

Benjamin New guy here! Just ordered my first "grown-up" air rifle

I have a Mini Wingman tank too, that I like a lot. It is small enough that I can fill it up with my Air Venturi Nomad compressor without being in danger of burning it out, and it is a good size to toss in a bag or a pack.

FX Is the FX Leopard Hype Real? My Hot Take...

I held a FX Leopard Compact a few weeks ago. It felt pretty heavy for its size, but I did otherwise like how it handled.

N/A Looking for a compact .22 PCP for woods walking *Resolved*

I don't consider either my Sidewinder or my Mordax loud, but I shoot at regular shooting ranges a lot so everyone is louder than me. I've also got an amount of hearing damage from years of hunting without hearing protection so I might be less sensitive. My Mordax is significantly quieter than my...

N/A Looking for a compact .22 PCP for woods walking *Resolved*

It's light and compact, it fits in my backpack with the Air Venturi Wingman bottle very nicely, and carries well on the sling with both folded and unfolded stock.

My current and favorite "woods walker" that I've had with me on a lot of hikes lately, a Western Airguns Mordax in .30. With all the gear I have on it I think its around 5.5 lbs. I'm sure it's just as awesome in .22 and .25 and you'd get more shots per fill with those. I'm getting an easy 24...

    Other HOW TO CA

No problems getting them in the mail in NorCal. I see there are a couple airgun stores around Anaheim.

    N/A The new mordax

I've shot easily over 2000 rounds through both my Mordax and Sidewinder, they're seeming pretty reliable so far. It's true they go through pellets quickly, I feel like I finish a tin per gun each time I take one to the range. I bought a whip line so I can plug my Mordax straight into my...

    Western Airguns Mordax pcp!

I like your handguard alot! I'm not interested in modifying my Mordax from stock, but your handguard gives plenty of options for mounting accessories. I really appreciate it.

    N/A The new mordax

I love my Mordax and Sidewinder! I have no issues with them. I don't think they are all that loud, at least compared to the powder burners I shoot. Underpowered? Well I can still kill a turkey with my Mordax at 35 fpe and I can turn it up to 50 which is in Coyote killing range. If I want more i...
