I don't think it makes any difference in that small of a weight.. I have had store bought that vary 3 tenths of a grain and all was good... I think you may be right about the dies!! something is off, not sure what but they don't fly with accuracy

you'll need a small punch and hammer to tap it loose... don't try the spanner wrench ...the wrench will break...been there done that!!
