I have to agree, I look at it differently for those higher prices Id rather have along distance rifle vs airgun. To each thier own

Shoot it at different fill levels as well 

Tune the hammer spring to account for more shots at a lower power. Might save more time in between pumping. Now if you had a airgun with a bigger air reservoir I'd consider a compressor but that's the beauty with the flash its 165cc easier to pump to pressure.
