A couple of new glass fiber composite stocks in the works sporting camo paint work.

A Diamond in the rough ready to come off the CNC. Made from a custom laminate of American Butternut (aka White Walnut) and Granadillo, commonly know as a Mexican Rosewood. We can't wait to get this through sanding and see it with some oil on it.

Some new AEA Zeus eye candy headed to the UK. I call the laminate color November Forest Camo. The custom stock has Ebony adjustable cheek riser, quick disconnect sling swivels, and M-Lok rail panel.

For cast bullets the rebate provides a clearer edge for exiting the barrel crown vs the sprue cut edge. For swaged it makes for more robust punch geometry with the shoulder of the rebate. A standard boat tail punch can have a knife edge on it which is not good for tool life. For overall...

Good prep and a quality spray gun get the job done.

As a general rule I use +\- 1% of bullet weight for small caliber, and +/- 0.5% on larger. I also find if you control lead temperature and mold temperature you get more consistent results. Letting those two variables swing a lot causes a lot of weight swings. When casting watch for sharp...
