You are correct it’s not…..the Koi at 7” is and it’s the same diameter as my Tanto which fits great except for being too short.

Thanks. Mine has the added power plenum to the air tube so it's actually longer than the barrel and looks kinda silly. I know I could add the Tanto to the shroud but that makes barrel longer than I'd like. We'll see how this works out.

I'd like to remove the barrel shroud on my Taipan Veteran long .22 and use a Tanto moderator directly on the end of the barrel. Will this work with regards to fitment? Thanks

There is no tuning to be done except moving the the FPS on your favorite grain projectile to where it's the most accurate. Seriously, there is nothing to tune.....it's pretty much perfect.

The Pathfinder is extremely easy to tune and work on. Not only is the hammer spring tension easy to adjust but so is the hammer throw. Both adjustments make it easy to fine tune these rifles. Awesome airguns

Yes I have a V3 and the picatinny rail is not 3d printed….it’s machined aluminum. And, Andrew’s 3d printed parts are very well built/designed

How many air guns have you seen with a warm barrel after a few shots(or many). Except for ambient temperature of course. The hpa always has a cooling effect as it rushes out of the barrel. Firearms are a different story as they can heat up rather rapidly as the powder burns.

I always get a chuckle out of the “cold barrel” statements regarding air guns.

Yep, I’d like mine better if the barrel and tank were cut down 6-8”. May check with Rich about doing just that. Awesome gun for the under $500 price tag.

Muddy Kroll works just as well as the clear Kroll…..wonder stuff for its purpose(and more)

It’s to cool the barrel when you shoot too fast😉 A shroud is just that, it shrouds the barrel. It has no other functions unless the functions are purposely built into it such as venting the muzzle of the barrel into it so as to quite the report.
