The gauntlet or Gamo Urban
I have the Gauntlet .25 cal and I love it. Its is not too heavy and very accurate. I use it to varmint hunt past 50 yards with no problem. The magazines are cheap and I was able to use CO2 for more shot count. I don't have the Urban but the price of magazines are a big deciding factor in me not...- leon79705

Picking budget scope for first pcp
I put a cheap Simmons 3X9X50 ($20 at Amazon) on my Gauntlet .25 and have no issues. I pest out to 75 yards on rabbits. I only buy cheap scopes and so far have been lucky. I do have a Nikon for my powder burner though. - L
Anyone use Gauntlet .25 with CO2 bottle?

Help picking first pcp
You should wait for the Sig Saeur Virtus .22. They should be out this summer. MSRP says $350 but it should retail for under $300. It is a semi-auto, 30 round clip. You get around 150 shots. you get around 700 fps.Ihave the Gauntlet .25 and I really like it because it comes with a barrel band...- leon79705
