I got a liberty recently and have over 500 pellets through it already and no problems. Shot a bunch of birds with it already too. Took the stock off and adjusted the trigger and its great now. 14gr crosman hp are doing 950fps out of it without any mods. 

It was a simple project. The hardest part was getting the little detent ball and spring that hold the cylinder still to stay in place. I used caliper paint. Had some left from some auto projects and its pretty heavy duty stuff

Well I ripped it all apart and replaced all the seals, cleaned everything good, and repainted it. No leaks now and it shoots again. Was a fun little project. 

I just got a liberty in .22 and before I ordered it I called them and asked about parts availability. The guy there said they have a few things on hand and were working on getting more parts stocked for them. Didnt seem like they were giving up on them. This was maybe 3 weeks ago.

Thanks skillet. I did replace the oring that seals around the neck of the co2 but there never was a bottom seal like that since I've been around. Probably why it leaks so bad. I will look into that. Thanks.
