    Squirrel population density

Here is an article that discusses squirrel population. http://www.alloutdoor.com/2015/02/25/planning-eat-squirrel-tshtf-again/?utm_source=Newsletter&utm_medium=Email&utm_content=2015-09-19&utm_campaign=Weekly+Newsletter I don't worry about hurting the population in urban areas. I live in...

    Pellet inventory

I have between 120,000 and 150,000, but I am crazy! I find it is much cheaper to buy in bulk.

    Close up shots

Practice point shooting. On targets within 10 yards I rarely even used sights. I became proficient at it as a youngster and keep in practice. the cheapest way to learn how is go get a Red Ryder BB gun, a bunch of BBs and spend an afternoon learning how.

    Shroud diameter on R10 mk2?

Thank you for your reply, it helps a lot. Mine has not come in yet, and I am trying to figure out what size carbon fiber tube I needed to I make a shroud for it. I guessed at 25mm and it sounds like that will work.

    Be careful doing conversions

I believe this falls into the category of "Don't do stupid things". If you look at the pictures closer, it looks like it was a co2 gun converted to PCP with a disco valve, and he was only using one screw to secure the valve. Pressure is not a problem when all engineering controls are in place...

I've been seduced, the BSA r10 is just too pretty.

I gave into temptation a couple days ago and went ahead and ordered a black BSA r10 in .22, and a HuMa reg. I hope I made the right decision. I was torn between the r10 and another cricket. I already have a cricket in .25 and love it. It is insanely accurate, like 1/2" groups at 100 yards...

    What would you do...

Synthetic cricket. I already have one in .25 and love it, so I would stick with the proven design that I like.

Does the shroud of a Cricket have a removable end cap?

It is my understanding that the end cap is press fit and epoxied in.

30 Cal JSB Weighed and sorted ”Accuracy Test” today

It has always been my opinion that weight sorting is only beneficial in the .177 cal or in light .22 cal, and that happens to be the caliber that is too small and too cheap for me to worry about doing it to. At 45gr a 1gr variation only represents 1/45th of its weight, whereas 1/45th of a 7.8gr...

New Evanix Super Power PCP - Jeeezzus!

Do you guys forget the we are allowed to own muzzleloaders, crossbows, flame throwers, and can blow up 50+ pounds of tannerite at a time without any regulations, other than an age restriction? In all countries that I know of, that have airguns regulations, they came after regulation and...

JSB pellet manufacturer may be in trouble = bad pellets !

A .22 mrod that shoots good is like a gold plated unicorn, so maybe you got a unicorn batch of JSB pellets too. I would check the head size of the newer pellets and the old pellets. My understanding is that from certain sources you can actually get 18Gr heavies in different head sizes. Maybe...
