I did find an 8 year old video and the bottom of the gauge appears to be fluid filled - which I am sure that similar to vehicle gauges it helps with the vibrations. This was the video

So quick easy question - and did small search with no luck. Got a decent deal on compressor via an auction. It was packed in original box and shipped to me via UPS from OH to FL. Took an extra 2 days - and received with some oil on top - guessing it was not keep upright the entire time. But...

Just looked at my manual - they refer to it as winding tool 😁 Once I find it - I will get a few extra for sure
