I've assembled and disassembled multiple times now, touched up the face of the valve with some very fine grit emery cloth. However, I still seem to have a leak coming out of the port with the grub screw. That o-ring has been changed out, and I've also tried applying some silicone oil to it. Is...

That's the only thing that makes sense to me. I'm guessing that delrin "poppet" isn't correctly sealing against the valve face, allowing air to go through to the barrel. Perhaps a quick blast of air will get it to seat, perhaps I need to touch up the face of that valve some more. 

I didn't even think to check my spares, thanks! So I changed out the O-ring from the spare kit (thanks again!), along with hitting the valve face with some emery cloth to get it really polished up. I still can't get fill the airgun up, even with pellets in the barrel. There doesn't appear to be...

An o-ring is much easier to fix then having to replace the other parts! Do you know what size o-ring that is by chance?

Expansion/penetration tests don't mean much unless you shoot them into the exact medium that you want the results for. Ballistics gelatin is homogenous, animals are not at all. How a projectile performs in ballistics gelatin is not indicative at all of how it will perform in an animal. Cool...

Unfortunately I can't even fill it up, it won't fill up past 10 or 20 bar. I am filling it with a Air Venturi Nomad compressor, so perhaps it needs a bottle to provide a quick burst of air.

Where can I source these parts? Any AGN vendors sell Taipan parts?

Okay, so tried both the silicon grease and double loading pellets, and have found that a new leak path has emerged, it's now leaking through the hole where the grub screw for the transfer port resides. Any idea why it might be coming out of that hole?
