This is old but I thought I’d reply. Originally ATN didn’t make the ABL built in because some states don’t allow hunting scopes to have integrated lasers or assisted aiming/rangefinders or indeed even NVD/thermal. So they make the ABL separate and also have a daytime (no NV/Thermal) version...
