It already takes so much air to launch those giant projectiles that most only get 2 or 3 shots from what I've seen. Definitely under 10 depending on caliber. It's going to take some of that air to cycle the mechanism, so I'm not sure it would be a good idea. I may or may not have any actual clue...

My hammer is 4 turns in. From 3600 down to 2800 I get 30 shots. Once under 2800 mine drops severely. I might get 3 more shots. I never run it that low as you do. (Under 2k) Takes way more to hand pump it back up. I shoot my 30 shots down to 2800 and pump it back up roughly 60-70 pumps to 3600...

I haven't. I wrapped electrical tape 3/4 of the way around my shroud exactly where the band is located (how much it took to fill the gap) and slid it all back together. Did this back in April or so and it's still shooting with zero POI shift. You can't even see the tape or tell that I did it...
