Noticed the pellet probe rides just a tad high on the pellet when chambered. Is this normal or could it be causing some of my accuracy problems. It's hard too see in the picture but it is not centered on the pellet. 

I bought a 22 air venturi avenger in June 2021. I had a mild leak when air pressure was around 4000 psi. With alot of shooting and tweaking of regulator and hammer spring settings I am very disappointed with the rifle. The air leak has stopped as near as I can tell but I no longer fill it...
