The capacitor I found looks like a combination capacitor one feed in and two out. Run and start in the same?

The only manual is a set up and use manual. It has no specific rates for anything. It's a 110 cord with a 15amp plug on the compressor. 20amp is breaker size and the compressor is the only load on each circuit I tried.
