Even if you purchased yours used you should send it to umarex and see what they will do for you. They might charge you something they might charge you nothing they might even give you a new product. The manufacturer can do many wonderful things.

Contrary to popular belief the warranty is with umarex. If you have a warranty issue you should send it back to umarex. You do not have a warranty with pyramid Air or any other retail stores. Why would you send it to a company that doesn't have all the tools and knowledge of the manufacturer...

you are correct you ordered FX 100 yard benchrest targets and FX couldn't deliver to us... the just didn't have them... so we had them manufactured ourselves and now there are thousands in stock and ready to ship. we aim to please, when we find an issue we find a way around it for you...
