I have both and the new LTV, if a lot of your shots are 15 to 20 yards I'd go 3-14 and over i'd go 5-20. The FOV should be similar on the same magnification. 

I have had many rests over the years but if I had to choose one, it would be the NOTA. It's so fast to use outdoors where time is a constraint. 

How about a maximum calibre of .22" Maximum power of 30 ft. lbs. Magazines loaded with a maximum of 10 pellets (no slugs). No limits on how many magazines you have loaded on the bench. No weight limit. This would create more of a level playing field and you'd probably see a bigger variety of...
