I aired it up and put a Vortex Venom on. These are the first 14 shots at 25 yards using JSB Diabolo Exact Jumbo Heavy .22 Cal, 18.13 gr. I chronographed seven shots and got 649, 652, 652, 652, 645, 652, 652. I love to tinker with my guns but I think I will leave this one alone.

I just took the plastic off my Avenger to make a small modification to the stock. After putting it back together I noticed this part laying on my bench. The gun still works fine but I have to wonder what the small piece of plastic is.

I am attempting to make the first hammer spring adjustment on a new Avenger. How hard should the adjuster be to turn? Mine is frighteningly tight in either direction. I tried with the rifle not cocked and cocked.

I bought my chronograph before the clamp was available. I tried to contact FX USA to get one but got no response. I also contacted the dealer that sold me the chronograph on two occasions and got no response. I am very interested in buying just the clamp.

I have a very odd issue. I am unable to turn the hammer adjuster screw. A 2.5 mm allen wrench is too loose. A 3 mm allen wrench will not fit into the screw. I even found one allen that measures 2.93 mm. It is to be too large. I also tried a 2.73 mm and it is too loose. This is happening after...
